1.Organiser
The programme is run by Webalize sp. z o.o., registered office in Warsaw (Plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa), KRS 0000822439, NIP 5252811769. Contact: [e-mail address to be added].
2.What the pilot is
A pilot is the first implementation of the Relovely platform in a brand's shop. The implementation pilots start in Q1 2027. Until then we gather brands' requirements and adapt the platform to them. There's no limit on the number of places in the programme.
3.Who can apply
The programme is for e-commerce brands that have:
- their own online shop,
- recognisable, durable products,
- a community, e.g. a group, a newsletter or customer accounts,
- shop traffic of at least a few thousand visits a month.
The criteria help us judge whether the platform will work for your brand. You can apply even if you don't meet all of them.
4.How applying works
- You fill in the form on the pilot programme page. Step 1 saves your application, step 2 asks about your shop.
- We reply within 2 business days and arrange a call about your brand's requirements.
- After the call we present the pilot terms. You decide on taking part once you know them.
5.Applying doesn't commit you
An application is neither a contract nor an offer and doesn't bind either party. Sending an application doesn't guarantee a place in the pilot. Taking part requires a separate agreement setting out the scope of the implementation, the pilot terms and the parties' obligations.
6.Costs
Applying and the requirements call are free. We'll present the financial terms of the pilot before the agreement is signed.
7.Qualification data
We use application data to assess whether the pilot makes sense for your brand, prepare the call and decide the order of contact. We combine all brands' requirements to decide what to build first; we don't publish brand names in these summaries without consent. Details, including retention periods and your rights, are in the privacy policy.
8.Changes to the programme
The timeline or terms of the programme may change. We'll tell people who have already applied about significant changes by e-mail.
