Implementation fee

A one-off fee for connecting your shop and setup. The amount depends on the plan and is shown with each one, not as a custom quote. Work outside the scope, e.g. connecting a shop platform that isn't on our list, is quoted separately before the agreement is signed.

What the price includes

You don't pay separately for running the platform or supporting your customers.

Fees for your customers

The buyer pays a small purchase protection fee. A seller who chooses a code for your shop pays no commission; we'll publish the rules for bank transfer payouts together with the price list.
