On the website we provide the following electronic services free of charge:

• information about Relovely and the pilot programme,
• the pilot application form,
• the pricing request form,
• the sign-up form for the report from the first pilot.

A form service ends when you send the form, and the information service ends when you leave the website. You can cancel a pricing or report request at any time by writing to [e-mail address to be added].

To use the website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. To send a form you need an e-mail address.

Give true information in the forms and don't submit unlawful content. Don't disrupt the website or send forms automatically. Content on the website, including texts, graphics and Relovely marks, is protected by law, and you may use it only as far as the law allows.

The website describes the Relovely platform, which is under development. Descriptions of features, dates and prices are for information only and don't constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The terms of cooperation will be set out in a separate agreement.

Send complaints about how the website works to [e-mail address to be added]. Describe the problem and give an address for our reply. We'll reply within 14 days.

We describe how we process personal data in our privacy policy and cookies in our cookie policy.

These terms may change, e.g. when we add new services. Changes apply from when the new version is published on the website and don't affect forms sent earlier. Polish law applies to matters not covered here, and if you use the website as a consumer, so does the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
