Privacy policy

This policy covers the relovely.webalize.me website and its forms: the pilot application, the pricing request and the pilot report sign-up. It explains who processes your data, for what purpose and what rights you have.

1.Controller

The controller of your personal data is Webalize sp. z o.o., registered office in Warsaw (Plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000822439, NIP (tax ID) 5252811769, REGON 385278470.

For anything about your personal data, write to [e-mail address to be added] or by post to our registered office.

2.What data we collect

  • Pilot application, step 1: full name, work e-mail, shop address, your role in the company and your consents.
  • Pilot application, step 2: answers about your shop, e.g. sector, countries you sell in, shop platform, traffic, community and your requirements for the platform.
  • Pricing request or pilot report sign-up: work e-mail.
  • Data added to the form automatically: page language, plan chosen on the pricing page, the page you arrived from and campaign parameters (UTM).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of visit, recorded in server logs.

Providing data is voluntary, but without step 1 data we can't review your application, and without an e-mail address we can't send the pricing or the report.

3.Purposes and legal bases

  • Reviewing your pilot application and contacting you about it, including arranging a call: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in contacting the company you represent). We also ask for your consent to be contacted about the application, as required by electronic communications law.
  • Sending the pricing or pilot report you ask for: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to your request).
  • Sending marketing information about Relovely if you give separate consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
  • Deciding the order of calls and gathering brands' requirements to develop the platform: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We analyse requirements in aggregate, without publishing data about individuals.
  • Website security and error handling (server logs): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4.Order of applications

Once step 2 is sent, the application gets an A, B or C mark calculated from three answers: sector, community and shop traffic. It helps us decide the order of calls. We don't make decisions on this basis that have legal effects on you: a person reviews every application, and taking part in the pilot is discussed individually.

5.Who we share data with

Service providers we use process data on our behalf: website hosting, e-mail, CRM and the internal communication tools in which we handle applications. Each of them acts under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can get a copy of these safeguards by writing to [e-mail address to be added].

We don't sell your data.

6.How long we keep data

  • Pilot application data: until the recruitment and implementation pilots end, and if we don't sign an agreement, for no longer than 12 months after our last contact.
  • E-mail from a pricing or report request: until we send the pricing or report, then for no longer than 12 months.
  • Data for marketing information: until you withdraw consent.
  • Server logs: for no longer than 12 months.
  • Data needed for legal claims: until the limitation period ends.

7.Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and get a copy,
  • rectify your data,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability for data processed on the basis of consent or a contract,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, write to [e-mail address to be added]. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

8.Cookies

We describe cookies and similar technologies in our cookie policy.

9.Changes to this policy

When we change how we process data, we'll update this policy and the update date at the top of the page.
