The platform is being built now. Together with the pilot brands we'll shape it around what shops need before launching it for their customers. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

What the pilot involves

We roll Relovely out together with your brand: we build and run the platform, and you tell us what your customers need.

What you get

  • Pilot termsPilot brands get pilot terms. We'll go through them in the call about your requirements.
  • Implementation on our sideWe connect the platform to your shop and set it up in your brand's colours.
  • A say in the roadmapYour requirements decide what we build first.
  • Help with the launchWe prepare the announcement for your customers: a menu link, a newsletter and a post for your community.

What we ask of you

  • Access to your shop's APITo fetch the catalogue and order history and to issue codes for your shop.
  • One contact personSomeone on your side who answers questions and makes decisions.
  • Shared pilot goalsWe agree what we measure, e.g. active listings and the value of redeemed codes.
  • Consent to a case studyAfter the pilot we'll write up the results and agree the text with you.

Relovely works best for brands whose products customers already resell and that have an active community.

Hi, I wanted to share Relovely, a resale platform for e-commerce brands. Our customers would sell our products to each other on a subdomain of our shop and in our brand colours, instead of on Vinted or in Facebook groups.
